Settling In Sessions

To help your dog feel relaxed and at home, all new clients are required to book two settling-in sessions before their first stay. These sessions give your dog time to get comfortable in our environment and make their boarding experience stress-free. Please note that settling-in sessions are booked separately and come at an additional charge.

Payment Plan Service

Just a quick update regarding payments to make things smooth and stress-free for everyone. I now require a 50% deposit non- refundable to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid in one of two ways:

1️⃣ Pay in full – two weeks before your stay or session.

2️⃣ Pay in installments – making smaller payments leading up to your booking date.

Whichever works best for you! This setup helps ensure everything is sorted well in advance, so you can fully enjoy your time with no last-minute worries.
